Major foreign markets have posted mostly higher results for Friday. London's FTSE was up 0.33%, Frankfurt's DAX closed up 0.13%, and Paris' CAC finished down 0.04%. Japan's Nikkei was up 0.74%, Hong Kong's Hang Seng closed up 1.63%, and Sydney's All Ordinaries Index finished up 1.89%.
